There was some talk about being able to perhaps repeal the ACA through reconciliation, although since Majority Leader Cantor called reconciliation a "perversion of the process" when the Democrats tried it in March 2010, I guess the Republicans wouldn't be in favor of doing that. Yeah, right, like you can believe anything that comes out of Congressman Cantor's mouth.

Actually, the only thing they MIGHT be able to repeal through reconciliation is the mandate, and even that's on shaky legal ground.
