engineers. Using your engineering background, what do you specifically refute. And you never have answered my question: Why go through all the trouble of hatching such an elaborate plan, involving so many people (and potential witnesses) when it would have been so much easier to attack Hussein based on the thousands of missiles he shot at American planes in No Fly Zones since the end of the Gulf War? If this was a CHeney plan to get Hussein, why use Al-Q terrorists as stooges instead of Iraqi terrorists/agents?
