time precisely? It wasn't about proving what caused the collapse. That was already understood. It was about how people responded and reacted and what to do in situations like that. It was about how it happened. The report is peppered with response times: so many seconds to answer; so many seconds to warn, etc. What difference does it make if they're off by a couple nanoseconds?
