With Clemson coach stating that the persistent Clemson to the Big 12 rumors hurting recruiting; could Clemson sue a blogger who keeps posting the rumors? Could Clemson sue to get the blogger to name their insider source? Maybe in a closed private hearing? If the blogger could then not name a source; could the blogger be sued for monetary damages caused by their "fictious" information?
