His clients are not getting huge signing bonuses anymore, and his players are no longer falling to big market teams.
Poor Scott, what will his lightly filled wallet ever do?
He is more concerned in lining his own pockets instead of his clients career. If they dont sign, they go to college and probably get better, or fail. Then they still get an education, but Scott just see's dollar signs.
