Left handed hitting outfielder with sub-.300 averages are a dime a dozen...but IMO Opel's power translates to wood better than a lot of other hitters.
I also agree that he needs to cut down on strikeouts, but a lot of those were him simply not expanding his zone to the college strike zone. He took MANY borderline strike 1 and strike 3's this year that may not be called in the minor leagues(especially AA and AAA).
Guys who are selective at the plate, and have some power are not so much a dime a dozen.
