of people who believe in an ideology. SOmeone who does not passionately believe in an ideology is not an ideologue. It doesn't change the fact that both believe in an ideology, it is merely a matter of the level of belief.
Try this on for size.... The Pope is a Catholic and Nancy Pelosi is a Catholic. Both are Catholics, however Nancy Pelosi is not the Pope.
