conferences have....The SEC now caps total commitments. Other conferences have "4 year scholarships", etc....

The only thing the NCAA "controls" is the 25 yearly / 85 total scholarships.

The whole oversigning / greyshirting thing is way way overblown.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
