with another 3-5k SRO tickets available to reach total capacity. Total capacity would be 75-78k. If the hill gets moved in closer to the endzone and permanent seats are placed on either side of the M that would be cool and would enhance the view and sound from that end of the field. You would also end up with a larger concourse at the top of the hill where concessions and fan experience enhancements could be placed. You would also be able to put a lot of SRO people there too. I also think permanent seats helps you sell more seats. If people know they are going to at least have a bench to sit on, instead of firt come first served on the hill, they may be more likely to buy tickets and plan a trip to COMO with the fam. Listening to Alden makes me think all these ideas of 90k seats is not going to happen until we show we can put 75k ish in here on a regular basis. If that starts happening then you put a second deck over the south endzone or bring it up flush to each side and then you start getting into the low 80k range.
