Frequently, architecural renderings are inaccurate. Many times changes are made from a simple rendering, which is often used to generate interest and fundraising initially. So it may be right and it may be wrong regarding the hill.

Personally, I think keeping the M in the center but putting the seats on each side with the hill moved forward and later adding an upper deck on top is the way to go when the program is ready for it. I do understand however that it will not be step one or even step two.
