that since KU is a basketball school, the Jayhawk athletic program will concentrate its effots and resoruces on that sport and be willing to accept being a perpetual "also ran" in Big XII football. Therefore, I would guess that any Memorial Stadium improvements will be limited to improved ammenities and there will be no expansion of capacity.
