...it was in the midst of their 80 gazillion in a row home winning streak. I considered it condescending, and the Husker fans in general treated visiting teams with condescension aplenty in those days. They were giving you golf claps when you scored a field goal to pull within 84-3 in the 4th quarter.

Since UT has been losing lately, I'll give 'em the benefit of the doubt that it's just courtesy.
