The only desirable additions would be one school each from North Carolina and Virginia. Here are their football records versus the SEC.

Duke 41-48-3 (.462)
North Carolina 36-66-7 (.362)
North Carolina State 10-29-2 (.268)
Virginia 8-27-1 (.236)
Virginia Tech 19-39-3 (.336)
Wake Forrest 13-31-0) (.295)

I'll take North Carolina or North Carolina State along with Virginia or Virginia Tech. I think North Carolina State and Virginia Tech are the most likely.
