who was his lead recruiter there moving to LSU really has given him pause and he really is having to weigh whether his relationship with that guy as a recruiter coupled with proximity to home is enough for him to give LSU a look this late in the game as opposed to Bama.
Another explanation might be that, although he was playing it slowly, Pollard in the back of his mind thought he would choose Mizzou and when our staff got tired of waiting and signed Jordan Clarkson instead, it really threw Pollard back to square one cuz he doesn't know where else he for sure wanted to go besides Mizzou.
Who knows. One thing that's clear: if he is and/or has always been a Bama lean, there is and has been zero reason whatsoever for there to be this big a hold up. Bama has been ready and waiting to take him for a long long time now.
