My God that is pathetic. That woman couldn't possibly know less about government, law, rights, the constitution, history, etc. Judging from what she says/does in that video, she isn't qualified to give directions to a school let alone work at a school. She identifies herself as a Social Studies teacher, but doesn't seem to know anything about the application of laws, especially as it pertains to free speech and discussion. Her idea of winning an argument is to yell louder, patronize, and then ultimately just use her position of authority in the classroom to make the student stop talking.

If a teacher ever spoke to me that way in high school I would have absolutely lost it on them.
