You can have them delivered to a shop they recommend (on their site) who will install them. Or you can have them delivered to your house and then take them to any shop or tire store and have them installed.

The tires on my vehicles are pretty expensive and tirerack.com always saves me significant amounts of money.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
