Completely seperate concepts, there is not that implication. You can be a true and absolute Mizzou fan without even attending MU. True Son doesn't indicate anything at all about your fandom. Again, it simply means you are from Missouri and you attended MU. Nor does it mean that those who the description of being a True Son does not apply are not true fans whatsoever.
