is an excellent school. # 42 in a list of public and private schools is indicative of excellence. It bears repeating; I was too lazy to count publics down to #42.

I tried to count down, but I'm not certain of the status of several schools. It appears that Wisconsin is around # 10, 11, or 12, depending on the status of those other schools.
