Hating kU is one thing...and I hate them on a level that is

probably detrimental to my health. But seriously all this is just pathetic. You can't argue the fact that they're a national brand. Yeah they're not a top tier national brand but they're most definitely in that second tier. You find kU gear all over the country and it is a recognizable brand everywhere you go. I live about 2 hrs from Canada and I see kids wearing kU gear all the time.

You can argue that they cheat or that a jayhawk is a terrible mascot but you can't argue their brand recognition.
