the symbol was co-opted by groups with a disgusting agenda and forever tarnished. The jayhawk was and is the symbol of choice for a group of classless lowlifes.

I happen to believe that it is the perfect symbol for your 'institution' but it should never (dis)grace the state of Missouri or any of it's official symbols.
