The Mizzou arena doesn't look exactly like that, but there are some strong similarities.
I'm not trying to nit-pick details. I'm just looking at the overall scope of the changes. Of course it could change some, but it can't change too much because these renderings are being used to "sell" the project. Most people aren't happy when they buy something and it turns out being a lot different from what they initially thought.
As far as the track, yeah it's gone. Of course that won't do anything with regards to the seating for various reasons. The main reason is that adding seats isn't a good idea because those seats won't be able to see over the players. Lowering the field is out of the question because that would ruin sightlines for everyone in the stands. The lower the field goes, the steeper the bowl should be to maintain the minimum required sightlines.
So the bowl is set. That can't change, unfortunately. What can change, with regards to the bowl is additional seating sections can be added and upper decks can be added. Other than that everything else in the project will do with suites, clubs, concourses, points of sales, restrooms, sound system, video boards, and exterior skin.
