don't "render" any details.

For instance below I asked if the track was being removed like the renderings showed, while the answer was, yes, the track was too be removed, but seats are not moving.

Looking at the "rendering" it looks like seats will be moved closer to the field... they aren't.

Also, these seem preliminary, along the way many things could change.

Just seems weird to me to look at the first "rendering" we've ever seen and start claiming we aren't getting much for what we're spending. We don't know what we are spending and we don't know exactly what we are getting.
