go up only about 10,000 total, to about 72,000. Add in the GA hill seating gets us to 82,000 max.
The problem here is that I could see us maxing out the real seats and still averaging only 75-77,000 (factoring in good hill attendance for some games, very few for others).
I think real seating of 80,000 plus is important. To do that, maybe we should just build real seats on the north end, keep the M in the center built out to the same depth as the seats. With two tiers on the end, we could get 13-15,000 permanent seats on the north end. Then add on the second tier on the south end with luxury boxes, and we get to 80,000 permanent seats. We still have the option of adding a full upper tier on the east side for another 6,000 plus luxury boxes.
That would bring maximum capacity to more than 90,000 when all phases are complete.
