1. New "revenue" options with suites on east side and on south end zone.
2. New "affordable" options with additional regular seats in the south end zone and in the new deck on the east side. This is very important, I think, if we're ever going to be a team that draws 85K.
3. Keeping the hill and the rock M are important -- part of the reason is the affordable options consideration I made in point 2, as well as tradition. Those are part of MU.
4. Overall improvement to the look of the stadium, as well as increased concourses and "fan areas", such as the plaza in the north end zone, which I actually think is a very cool feature too. the "opening up" to campus is a much cooler look, to me, than if it was closed off.
