To be clear, the ku plate bill wont be voted on until 2013?

There is no ku license plate bill in the legislative database and I assume they aren't just now introducing one since the session ends next week.
I would hope the guy drops it before next January. Makes no sense to have both a "Burnt District" license plate for Cass Co and a jayhawk plate honoring those that burnt Cass Co.
