off. The general perception of JUCO talent has fallen off quite a bit to where I can't see NBA hopefuls thinking that is an attractive avenue for them to demonstrate they are prepared to be drafted. It would take a gradual beefing up of the JUCO ranks I would think because you are so far off the radar at that level and even if you dominate there are considerable questions about how that would translate.
