Good teams, won two conference championships and went to major bowls. Pinkel has been good but Devine achieved greatness. They played less games in the 60s and there were fewer bowls. That's why there were fewer 11 and 12 win seasons but Devines winning percentage and whom he got those wins against is more of an achievement.
