Devine and Faurot earned their legendary status. Gary has done well, but his name does not yet hold the cache that those two do.

Considering the difference in eras, it is nearly impossible to make the call based on wins. Things like conference championships and major bowl games and, Lord help us, a national championship would have to make the call for Gary. Or, I suppose, 10-15 more years of notable success and then you could maybe give it to him on longevity.
