Nubs were a loss but only because of their history and being a good football competitor, not their population to drive TV contracts.

Ask yourself this question: If Mizzou and A&M were still in the Big 12 instead of TCU and West Virginia, do you think the contract amounts would be higher or lower?

A&M and Mizzou leaving takes a big chunk out of their wallet. And our leaving dropped the Big 12 below the magic line of 10 teams required to keep their TV contract at all.
