I don't think we're interested in NC State.....

but they want to expand into the Big Washington TV market...there isn't much of a TV market associated with FSU...plus they would compete with Bama, Auburn, Florida, the Missippi schools and LSU for market share. The SEC could basically schedule them into oblivion by scheduling better product at the same time.
The SEC would like a Virginia school...preferably UVA, but would take VA Tech. UVA is a much better academic fit.
If I was the decision maker, I would go after UVA or Va Tech and maybe Okie State....then move MU and A&M to the SEC West with Okie State and maybe Arkansas in the same Division....and I would put the Virginia add in the east and move Auburn to the East.
