Otherwise B1G would have added Rutgers instead of Nebraska.
There are many factors involved and the priority of each often varies depending on the circumstances.
Maybe the potential for multiple UT/OU/FSU/Clem games and the entry into the Southeast region more than offsets the rest of the Big 12's negatives.
