The ACC's payout even after expansion will be around $15MM per team total - that even includes 3rd tier revenue.
They can't hang with Florida, UGA, Bama etc if those schools are generating twice the revenue over the long-term.
The other ACC schools don't care because they are basketball-centric, which requires much less capital to be a national power.
