These 4 schools would top the list for SEC expansion...

In order:
1) Virginia Tech (9.5/10)
2) Florida State (8/10)
3) North Carolina State (6.5/10)
4) Oklahoma (5/10)
The reason OU is only a 5 is that it brings in no top-30 media markets, would make the league even tougher, and would not improve the academic profile. It's very western geographic location doesn't help its case either, as 3 of the last 4 schools the SEC have added are western (Ark, A&M, Mizzou).
On the 10-point scale, Texas A&M is a 9.5/10 (tied w/ V-Tech), and Missouri is probably a 7/10 for KC/STL, its academic stature, and giving Arkansas a natural rival.
