Without an expectation of privacy the 4th isn't violated

Obviously anyone choosing to travel by air knows full well that privacy as it relates to ones person and/or personal items doesn't exist - thus there is no violation of the 4th amendment. Can the manner and degree of the process be improved upon - yes, but giving up the security of many because it's an inconvenience to some is foolish.
