It just seems like he uses stats too much, when discussing basketball, because I don't think they are good indicators of all players. It just doesn't seem like he can watch a player and come away with a good evaluation of his abilities. He hardly talks about incoming players because he has no stats to judge those players by. All anyone has to do is look at some video...but I don't think he has much confidence in evaluating players abilities...that's why he uses stats.

I'm not saying stats are horrible, or even bad, but they don't tell the whole story.
