is he will declare for the draft after his junior year without signing with an agent, people will freak out and people will mock his decision, and he will get good feedback/exposure/experience for when he goes through this his senior year.

Just as it is prudent for any junior with NBA aspirations. And just like English/Bowers/Carrol/Lyons/etc were mocked and derided on this board when they did it after their junior year. There is no downside to doing it.
