Secondly, again you're making EXCUSES. Don't give me the BS that they LET people go by them so they wouldn't foul. Or they didn't or couldn't play defense as hard because they didn't want to foul. Playing good, hard, tough, and aggressive defense DOES not involve fouling. You foul when you can't or don't move your feet. IF the players were so good at "positioning" as Fiji says, then they would never get called for fouls because they would always be in great defensive position. Or at least more times than not.

MU's defense was terrible because of matchups. People said it all year. Good teams will exploit our defensive shortcomings. Take advantage of the size advantage. It's no secret why Frank Haith has recruited ONE........count em.........ONE.......player under 6'3. And that was a PG (Jorgensen). SIZE matters, especially when you play good/great teams. Whoever feels Mizzou could've honeslty won the title last year is hilarious. We could score.......sure. But we would NOT have stopped any of the top teams.

And I'm not a troll sir. I'm probably a bigger Mizzou fan than any of you combined. However, I am a realist and understand what it takes to win CHAMPIONSHIPS.....not just have a team that wins a lot of games. Since the first McD's All Star game there has only been ONE team.....ONE.......that has won a National Championship without at least one McD's All American (Maryland). It certainly was never going to happen with an undersized team without one.
