treatment, thus giving them advantages they wouldn't get in the PAC, Big 10, or ACC. Otherwise Texas might as well leave for somewhere like the PAC, where they can play in California every year.

Everyone that could leave for another strong conference did. The ones remaining don't have a good out, so they are sucking it up.
