Don't know your Missouri history much. And, averaging 9 wins a year over the last 7 years didn't mean anything?

And, while I understand Pinkel is having some problems and his mind may be somewhere else, his stated reason for removing the M from the helmet was an example of people watching Missouri play Oklahoma on television and seeing the M on the helmet and mistaking that for Michigan.

Sorry, but that is just plain stupid. The name Missouri appears on the television screen next to the score.

The reason they are doing it is for kids, and kids are the most fickle fans there are. They care far less about a logo than winning.

Sorry, but I'm not buying this.
