TCU has built a new stadium that is opening this fall

It was built "over" the existing stadium. Essentially renovating the Amon G. Carter into a brand new stadium over the course of the past couple of years. It's state-of-the-art.

Last season, seating was limited as the West side of the stadium which included suites & press level had been imploded the Winter before & was being rebuilt. They continued rebuilding the North endzone along with it during the season w/ construction halting on gamedays. During this past offseason the East stands were/are being rebuilt.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
