I'd hope players improve from one season to another. I don't think he'll be able to leave after next year. He has too much to improve at. BUT, I'm not going to absolutely rule it out. If he improves as much between his sophomore year and his junior year as English did between his junior and senior years, then there's a chance.

The player I'd compare him to is that little Texas point guard. Ford? What was his shot like from the outside? He seemed like a pretty good NBA point guard, until he was injured. I'm not sure about Ford's size though. He could have been quite a bit taller than Phil.
