Why wouldnt I put the OLine towards the top?

There is nothing to suggest otherwise. They are big, proven, talented and deep.

DE is MU's strength and wont change, Big Shell is the best DT in the SEC going into this season. There is no depth behind him though, at least proven depth.

You act like MU is going up against a bunch of BU's or something on defense. I think the secondary is the weakest part of the defense, but may not be exposed because they wont be spread out like they were in the Big 12.
