I'm simply saying the Big 12 has by-laws that state he isn't eligible. I'm not alluding to them enforcing them or him not playing next year. And you proving that he is eligible at an NCAA member institution is sort of irrelevant.

You asked for the by-law that states he can't play at a Big 12 program if he enrolls as a non-qualifier, and I provided it. If they didn't want it to be a rule, they shouldn't have it listed among their conference rules.
