16 team format. Use old BCS rankings to seed, with 6 conf champs gettomg top six seeds. Higher seed hosts until semis and championship games (neutral). As teams eliminated, they fill in the bigger bowls. For instance, if OU is B12 champ they will still go to Fiesta Bowl unless they make the semis, which would put them in champ or 3rd place game. Win-win. Big bucks for tv rights, plus keep 'traditional' bowl system
