There would be approx. 54 leftover teams from the FBS and about 122 FCS teams. They should go to three classifications for football - Div IA(64 teams), Div IAA, Div IAAA. 176 teams remain to fill the remaining two classifications - 88 per class. Div IAA and IAAA can use the current FCS playoff system.
