requirements" you will find that they will be eligible by NCAA rules which were updated in late 2011. They were also allowed to be on scholarrship and practice with the team second semenster. It is no longer calleed "partial qualified" but is now a "wavier recipant". MU has a representive on the committee that made the decision.
