Krugman alluded to, that we need to get AWAY from insane partisanship evidenced by tea party-supported pols who categorically oppose any increase in revenue. It is absurd, this posturing that will in fact DELAY our recovery. NPR covered it at some length last week - describing the situation as a self-replicating cycle. Districts are gerry mandered to the point that a fellow from the "right" will NEVER compromise with one from the "left". It ill-serves the nation.
