From losing 820K in January 2009 to gaining 230K three years later. The Obama Stimulus was the only thing new during that time frame.
Unfortunately, the tax cuts were there all along. It can be argued they had no impact at all either way.
Of course, now that the Stimulus has run out, you can prove me wrong with solid job numbers the rest of the year...:)
