then blows it entirely by making the utterly absurd statement that refs reward the D by making far too many charge calls. This idiot has it totaly ass-backwards. Good D has been penalized for years, and with the playground, take it to the hole, ball played now its much worse.

But at least he's right in saying it could be much better, partly by making some sensible rule changes, something I've wanted for years.
