I said it would take a capital campaign of donors giving their own money voluntarily. Not taxes taken from the majority of state citizens who don't care about football in Columbia. They will not approve it.

Do you understand what a capital capmpaign is? It is not based on raising ticket prices (gate), it comes from extaordinary giving on the part of people who want to give. That's how Memorial Stadium was originally built, and as we move into the future, that is how a new stadium will come to be.

And by the way, keep your name calling to yourself. Nobody appreciates it, and inevitably it will get you booted from this board.
